You may be very determined to lose weight but will power alone is sometimes not enough. The understanding of your mental and emotional relationship to food and your habitual eating patterns could help you greatly. We eat for many reasons other than feeling hungry. We eat because we are bored, lonely, stressed, worried, and afraid. We eat to feed or soothe our emotions, we eat for comfort and some of us have been trained to eat all on our plates even if we don't like the end result. Trying to lose weight with will power alone can be really tough.
How do you lose weight?
Weight loss can be more than diet and exercise; it is also a state of mind. Hypnotherapy can help programme your mind so that you eat and maintain your ideal body shape. Imagine keep seeing your body moulded to how you want it to be and that thought uppermost in your mind, a bit like the way you keep thinking of friends or loved ones. It may make you reach for different foods at the times when small decisions can mount up to getting your desired results quicker.

We believe that the most effective way to help you is to resolve the issues. Finding out what is the root cause of this behaviour and trying to change it can have lasting effects. Like the cause and effect equation. Most of our bodies inherently want us to be healthy and therefore when working healthily does everything it can to maintain wellbeing. Once we tackle some of the root emotional and unconscious causes of weight gain the body will also start to metabolise at a better rate.

How long does it take?
